People and Rules

I think that sometimes people make decisions and they aren’t really sure about what they

are doing. Sometimes people say that they are going to do something, but they don’t do it. The

same thing happens on our society because there are many rules, but a lot of people do not follow

them. Rules are kind of difficult because some people don’t agree with the rules the others

people make, but they have to follow them.

“A day without a Mexican”

This movie is about how important are Mexicans for California. In California the majority of the people are Mexican immigrants and they perform the most difficult jobs. In the movie white people felt as Mexicans were taking their jobs and they want them to go back to Mexico. While all the Mexicans were disappeared white people began to felt bad because they need them to work in their house in their farms and the most important in the harvest of vegetables. After the Mexicans came back white people felt very happy because California was california again. This movie was very interesting for me because it shows that immigrants are very important to the development of this country even though many white people dont like want them.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

To talk about illegal immigration is very difficult for me because I am an immigrant and I know that these people leave their countries hoping to get more opportunity of jobs and to have a better life. However, this people pass through many difficulties because here it is hard for them to find a good job when they are illegal aliens.
Many people are complaining because illegal aliens are working for less pay than they do so they say illegal people are taking their jobs.
I think the government should do something to protect some of these people because most of them are being abused and discriminated in their jobs. The government should give them some kind of document to allow them to have the same rights as legal immigrants have.
